Chris Barron is a native of St. Charles, Missouri and has been in living in the Louisville area since 1990 where he attended the University of Louisville earning a Masters in Education. He has a 18 years of construction experience with hew homes and remodeling. Along with Chris’s Kentucky Home Inspection License #HI-167722, he is also is lead safe certified. He continues to stay up to date by attending seminars and continuing education classes related to residential standards of construction. Chris strives to provide excellent customer service to every client. He is excited to provide an essential service in your home buying experience.

Mark Koshewa is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. He brings to each inspection comprehensive knowledge and a broad range of experiences, having worked in both residential and commercial construction. In the past he has worked in the construction field in several facets which include design, fabrication, installation and team management. His priority is to provide a quality comprehensive inspection with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
